Our repair services
Three services.
Each done carefully.
Our work centres on three specific repair types where the combination of correct tooling, parts knowledge, and mechanical understanding matters most. Below is a full account of what each service involves.
← Back to HomeOur approach
Every service follows the same process.
Whatever the repair, the sequence is the same: intake assessment and condition documentation, written findings shared before work begins, repair carried out with verified components, and post-service testing before return. The process does not shorten to accommodate a quick turnaround.
When parts need to be sourced from outside Malaysia, the timeline adjusts accordingly — and you are told, rather than discovering it when collection day passes.
Assess
Full condition check and movement inspection. Findings documented in writing.
Agree
Proposed scope and price shared with you. Work begins only with your confirmation.
Repair
Work performed with specification-matched parts and calibrated tooling.
Verify
Timing and pressure tests completed. Watch returned with test results.
Service 01
Emergency Stem Retrieval
MYR 720
When a watch crown pulls out completely and the stem breaks inside the case, what appears to be a minor annoyance can become a more serious issue if the fragment contacts the movement. This service involves carefully opening the case, locating and extracting the broken stem segment without disturbing the gear train or other components, and fitting a replacement stem and crown assembly matched to the original specification.
The new components are tested across all crown positions — winding, setting, and neutral — to confirm proper engagement. Water-resistance gaskets at the crown tube are replaced as part of the service, and a pressure test is performed before the watch is returned.
Service 02
Sapphire Crystal Installation
MYR 950
A cracked, chipped, or deeply scratched crystal changes how a watch presents and, depending on the damage location, can allow moisture ingress over time. This service replaces the existing crystal with a new sapphire unit sourced to your watch's case specifications — diameter, height, curvature, and anti-reflective coating profile where applicable.
The process involves carefully removing the original crystal, replacing the crystal gasket, and pressing the new sapphire into place using calibrated tooling matched to the case's press channel. After installation the watch undergoes a seal check. The service is also suitable for owners who wish to upgrade from a mineral glass crystal to sapphire; we will confirm compatibility before proceeding.
Service 03
Perpetual Calendar Adjustment
MYR 1,800
A perpetual calendar mechanism tracks the date, day, month, and leap year cycle through a series of interconnected discs, levers, and cams. When the watch stops, runs down, or has been adjusted by advancing the hands directly through midnight, the calendar displays can fall out of synchronisation — showing an incorrect combination of date, day, and month that will not self-correct simply by restarting the watch.
This service involves verifying the full state of the calendar mechanism, advancing the mechanism through the correct corrector sequences to reach the current date, and testing midnight changeover across multiple day transitions to confirm that each disc advances correctly. If underlying mechanical issues are identified during this process — worn cam followers, damaged correctors, or a loose wheel — these are assessed and quoted separately before any further work proceeds.

Shared across all services
Standards that apply regardless of service type
Written assessment before work
Condition and findings documented. No work begins without your confirmation of scope and price.
Specification parts only
Components matched to your movement or case. Generic substitutions discussed with you before use.
Single-technician handling
One person assesses and completes your watch. No hand-offs between team members.
Service record kept
What was done and when is logged. Useful reference if your watch returns for future work.
Get started
Tell us about your watch.
A brief description of the issue is enough to begin. We will confirm which service applies and what the assessment process looks like.
