Considered care
for the watches
that matter to you.
A small atelier in the heart of KL, where each timepiece is treated with the attention it deserves. From stem retrieval to perpetual calendar work — no shortcuts, no rush.
What we do
Specialist repair services
Three areas where we focus our attention — each carried out with the appropriate tools, sourced parts, and the unhurried pace that delicate movements require.
Emergency Stem Retrieval
When a crown pulls free and the stem breaks inside the case, prompt attention matters. We extract the fragment, fit a matched replacement stem and crown assembly, and replace the crown-tube gaskets — all without disturbing the movement.
- Safe fragment extraction
- Matched stem and crown assembly
- Water-resistance gaskets replaced
- 2–4 working days
Sapphire Crystal Installation
A cracked or scratched crystal changes how a watch feels to wear. We source a sapphire unit matched to your case specifications, remove the old crystal cleanly, fit a fresh gasket, and press the new sapphire into place with calibrated tooling before a seal check.
- Crystal gasket replaced
- Calibrated press installation
- Seal integrity check
- 3–7 working days
Perpetual Calendar Adjustment
Perpetual calendar movements track date, day, month, and leap year in a chain of interconnected discs. When a watch stops or is adjusted incorrectly, these fall out of sequence. We verify the mechanism's state, advance it through corrector sequences, and confirm midnight changeover across multiple transitions.
- Full calendar state verification
- Corrector sequence adjustment
- Multi-transition midnight test
- 3–5 working days
Ready when you are
Your watch deserves someone who takes the time.
We work on a limited number of pieces at a time so that each one receives proper attention. If you have a question about your watch, we are glad to hear from you.

Why come to us
A different kind of workshop
We do not take on volume. We take on watches that deserve careful handling.
Focused expertise
Our work centres on mechanical and automatic movements, including complex complications. We do not service everything — what we do, we do thoroughly.
Proper tooling
Calibrated press tools, timing machines, pressure gauges — the right equipment for each task so that tolerances are respected and seals are not compromised.
Parts that match
We source components to your watch's specifications — not a near-enough substitute. When sourcing takes time, we tell you rather than substituting without asking.
Honest communication
If we find something beyond the scope of an enquiry, we explain what we found and provide a separate quote before touching anything further.
Central KL location
At 55 Jalan Sultan Ismail, we are accessible from most parts of Kuala Lumpur without a long journey. Drop-off by appointment or enquire by phone first.
Realistic timelines
Each service has an honest turnaround estimate. We do not inflate timelines as a buffer, nor compress them in a way that affects quality.
Common questions
Things people often ask
How do I know if my watch needs a full service or just the specific repair I've noticed?
When you bring or send your watch to us, we assess its overall condition as part of the intake process. If we notice anything that warrants attention beyond the repair you have described, we will let you know — with an explanation and a separate quote — before proceeding. You remain in control of what work is done.
My watch is old and I'm unsure if parts are still available. Can you still help?
We work with a number of suppliers for both current and older calibres. For older movements, part sourcing can extend turnaround times. We will be straightforward with you about availability and whether a suitable match exists before committing to the repair.
What does the assessment process look like when I bring my watch in?
We note the condition of the case and crystal on intake, then open the case to examine the movement. Depending on the repair type, this may involve a timing machine reading or a pressure test. You'll receive a written summary of findings and the confirmed price before any work begins.
What are your payment options and when is payment due?
Payment is due on collection. We accept cash and all major bank transfers. For services that involve sourcing parts from overseas, a deposit may be requested to cover procurement — this will be communicated clearly in advance and deducted from the total on completion.
How do you handle water resistance testing after a crystal or crown service?
Every service that involves opening the crown tube or fitting a new crystal includes a pressure test before the watch is returned. We use a dry pressure gauge appropriate to the watch's rated depth resistance. If a seal fails this test, we address it before returning the piece.
Can I send my watch by post if I'm not in Kuala Lumpur?
Yes. Please contact us first so we can advise on suitable packaging and a tracked courier service. We photograph each watch thoroughly on receipt and send you a condition report before any work begins. Return shipping is arranged on your behalf at cost.
